The Catholic Parish of St William's Grovely, in association with the educational vision of the Archdiocese of Brisbane, seeks to offer a Catholic education for its children. To sustain quality Catholic education at St William's School, it is agreed by parents at enrolment that full school fees and levies are payable when the school accepts the enrolment of their child.
A reminder notice will be forwarded for accounts that are unpaid after the due date. If you are experiencing difficulties in paying your account please contact our office finance staff as soon as possible, preferably before the due date.
We recognise that, from time to time, parents may need an avenue for discussion with the Principal about the procedure and capacity to pay the school fees. However, if there is no response to our reminder notice/s we reserve the right to engage the services of a professional debt collection agency. Once accounts have been handed to the debt collection agency, the matter effectively passes out of the school's control and all negotiations for payment must be made to the debt collection agency.
